In summer, Bourg-Saint-Maurice offers a wide range of outdoor activities (tennis, white-water rafting, horse-riding) and is the starting point for hiking and natural sites such as the Cols de la Chal, Vallon du Rosuel, Cormet de Roselend and Cols du Petit Saint Bernard.

Location
Bourg-Saint-Maurice is a pleasant mountain village. Its location near Mont Blanc and at the foot of prestigious Alpine passes makes it a popular summer destination for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts. With its rich historical and pastoral past, it will enchant you with its privileged geographical location, in the heart of a wide-open valley, at the crossroads of the major Alpine routes and mountain ranges: Beaufortain - Mont-Blanc - Vanoise. Major sporting events take place here on a regular basis (canoeing, kayaking, cycling, paragliding, hiking, skiing...).
