Magnificent 48 square-meter apartment in Antibes.
Very bright apartment in Antibes, ideal for a tourist stay (its old town, ramparts and exotic surroundings).
With a surface area of 48 square meters, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The area is very quiet and residential. It faces the Îles de Lérins, 1.5 km from the beaches and less than 10 minutes by car from two supermarkets and a large shopping complex.
Accommodation
Located on the 9th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed (160cm: 2 80cm beds joined together, but can be separated easily) a large closet;
- bathroom with walk-in shower;
-separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchen;
-Living room with sitting area (comfortable 140cm sofa bed)
-Large 17 m² terrace with breathtaking sea views and superb sunsets.
-All rooms (except bathroom) face the sea, with direct access to the terrace.
For your convenience, the following facilities are available:
Private parking space (numbered), Televisions, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Large fridge-freezer.
Small equipment: Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, manual citrus squeezer, toaster, multi-function food processor.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located in a secure residence with well-kept grounds and a large shared swimming pool (approx. 20 m long).
A private tennis club (with 3 clay courts and a padel court) adjoins the residence, independent of it.
