Located on the 2ᵉ floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and includes:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed ;

- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: wifi, parking, TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, hairdryer, etc.

One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It's just a 1-minute walk from the hypercentre and a 7-minute walk from the seafront.

Location
Ideally located in the heart of the Côte d'Amour on the Guérande peninsula, Le Pouliguen is an authentic Breton-influenced town that has preserved its typical, family-oriented character.
From the 15th century onwards, thanks to its "étier", Le Pouliguen turned to the salt trade, followed by coastal and deep-sea fishing. In the 19th century, the epic of the Bains de Mer (sea baths) transformed it into a marina. Le Pouliguen underwent considerable expansion and quickly became a popular seaside resort.
Le Pouliguen is one of the communes of the La Baule - Presqu'île de Guérande destination, along with : Assérac, Batz-sur-Mer, Guérande, La Baule-Escoublac, La Turballe, Le Croisic, Mesquer, Piriac-sur-Mer, Pénestin and Saint-Lyphard.
