Modern terraced apartment 200m from the sea in Santa Margherita di Pula (Pinus Village), recently renovated and with small details of Sardinian craftsmanship. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a covered entrance veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, a sliding glass door gives access to the living room with kitchenette (4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, satellite TV and all the necessary dishes for cooking independently) where there is a comfortable sliding double sofa bed; the living room leads to the anteroom which divides the double bedroom from the living room, guaranteeing access to the bathroom in complete privacy for all guests. The spacious bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, mosquito net on the window and local handcrafted textile accessories.
The bathroom has a shower with crystal box.
In the structure there is a splendid swimming pool with a separate pool for children, with access permitted only to guests of the residence and reachable from the apartments through a pleasant small square with Mediterranean scrub flowerbeds and stone paths.
In all the common areas of the structure and in the verandas of the apartments there is wifi connection, included in the cost of the apartment.
At the entrance to the structure there are several free parking areas and a small fenced playground for children.
At 200m the splendid fine white sand beach of Pinus Village and a short distance away the wonderful beaches of Chia and the south-west coast.
There is a café bar by the pool.
