This sublime, contemporary, air-conditioned, 4-star architect-designed villa with sea view, 300 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, covers 150 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located in the commune of Saint-François. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park, which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:- Nearest train station: Gare Routiere De Saint Francois, about 8 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet airport, about 50 minutes by car.
