This 2-storey family home is an old forge, renovated with the charm of stonework and exposed beams, where it's a pleasure to stay!
Meyronne is a charming village on the banks of the Dordogne, stretching as far as the Causses du Quercy plateau. Quiet and pleasant, it's ideally nestled in the heart of a very touristy region.
Close to the medieval cities of Rocamadour, Martel and Sarlat, the Gouffre de Padirac, the Grottes de Lacave...
Numerous activities are within easy reach: walks and hikes, canoeing, cycling, fishing, swimming, horse riding, visits, good restaurants, castles, museums...
Access to every room in the house. At the moment, the fireplace is not in working order.
Parking on the village square, close to the house.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet.
Outside, a green and sunny garden, shaded at the back near the hut and a very convivial terrace.
On the second floor: a quiet, bright bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with Italian shower and double washbasin, a separate toilet, a vast, pleasant living room with fireplace and library.
On the second floor, under the roof, two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 possible beds, where children love to play. Please note ladder access.
Electric bikes available for hire on request.
Cleaning service is compulsory and extra.

Long-term rental possible.
