Camping Lou Troumpetoun is located just outside the village of Montmeyan in the Var department, at the gateway to the lower Gorges du Verdon. It's just 6 km from Lake Quinson, where you can cruise the 9 km of the lower Gorges du Verdon in electric boats, canoes or pedalos. The campsite has a swimming pool and a paddling pool for the little ones.
On warm afternoons, you can visit the magnificent Musée de la Préhistoire, one of Europe's top 10 prehistory museums.
