The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with 1 140cm bed + chest of drawers, and a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds + chest of drawers.
A bathroom with shower and a toilet with washbasin.
Enjoy lunch on the terrace or simply a quiet read under the pine trees... before heading to the beach. Children can play in the garden, bordered by flagstones.
When you return from the beach, you can rinse your feet at the outside tap before returning to your accommodation....
You can park 2 vehicles on the plot in front of the bedroom window.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
