A multi-faceted destination, Port-Barcarès is at once a paradise for water sports and seaside activities, nature outings with your feet in the water, and festive evenings.
It's in this paradise-like setting that I offer you to rent a villa for 4 people (3 adults maximum), located less than 100 meters from the sea with no roads to cross, and featuring :
- A well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer,...) ;
- Television (with Netflix), free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning on the first floor, sofa, 2 bedrooms upstairs (double beds), 2 showers (1 Italian), 2 WCs;
- A shaded terrace (awning), with garden table and chairs, sun loungers;
- A large private swimming pool (open from July to September), with paddling pool for children, private parking, pétanque court, etc.
As we've already said, Port-Barcarès is all about water sports: Aquastepper, canyoning, kitesurfing, dinghies, catamarans, waterski lift (850 m), scuba diving school...Other sporting activities include ice-skating, paragliding, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and horse-riding... Not forgetting, of course, the many free festivities from June to September (Jazz every Monday, Electrobeach festival, airshow, fishermen's festival, winegrowers' stopover, Oil and Sand gathering, Golden Week for senior citizens...), and the colorful markets where you can discover the region's best products.
Port-Barcarès is located 10 km from Leucate (oyster and mussel production, mondial du vent in April, Espace Henri de Monfreid,...), 15 km from Perpignan (Palace of the Kings of Majorca, Castillet, Campo Santo,...), 29 km from Collioure (Royal Castle, Fauvism trail, Antonio Machado's tomb,...), 50 km from the Spanish border,... and also boasts exceptional "treasures" in its surroundings, such as : Cathar castles (Arques, Quéribus, Montségur,...), numerous museums (Céret, Collioure, Perpignan, Tautavel,...), the Banyuls-Cerbère marine reserve, natural hot springs (Dorres, Llo, St Thomas,...), the Sigean African reserve (300 ha park, with over 3800 animals), the Galamus gorges, the Orgues d'Ille sur Têt, the little yellow train of Cerdagne (symbol of the Catalan region),...
Payment : The rental price includes VAT, with only cleaning (60 €) extra.
All other charges (wifi, water and electricity, disinfection,...), are paid by the owner.
