Welcome to Saint-Raphaël!
This magnificent 200-square-meter villa has been completely refurbished and fully air-conditioned. It's set on a hillside facing the sea, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views from the secure, heated infinity pool, the terrace, the living room or even the bedrooms. The beach is within walking distance of the house.
The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.
The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned, making it ideal for a tourist stay. It has: Parking, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television (with Canal+ subscription), Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Wifi (fiber) and Air conditioning. You'll also be able to enjoy the outside area, with its large 10 x 4-meter swimming pool (overflowing, salt-treated, secured by an underwater shutter and heated), pétanque court (with boules and molkki), and ping pong table (we have rackets and balls).
The accommodation has 5 single beds (90x200) and 3 double beds (160x200 cm). It is suitable for babies (cot, changing table, adapted crockery and baby chair).
It will be much appreciated for its proximity to local favorites. The estate is enclosed, so you'll enjoy the peace and quiet away from traffic.
The house is built on four levels on the side of the Antéor hill, where you'll be able to enjoy magnificent walks in the Estérel massif with its pretty red stones. From the top of the hill, you'll enjoy magnificent views of the sea, Saint-Raphaël and Cannes. Alongside the property, you'll find the estate's staircase to the sea, just a 10-minute walk away.

TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
