Magnificent 180m2 villa in Mandelieu-La-Napoule, comprising two large apartments, with private swimming pool, pétanque court, pool-house, summer kitchen, terrace, barbecues and, to complete the picture, a magnificent landscaped garden. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to the seaside and all the activities on offer, including shops, bars, restaurants, casino, golf and private beaches.
Welcome to La Dolce Villa, a sublime, peaceful setting that's as close to the seaside as it is to the town center. You'll be less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches, water sports, restaurants, bars, pubs and casino, 15 minutes from Cannes and around 35 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally located between land and sea, the resort offers a wide range of activities for all ages:
Scuba diving and exploration, jet skiing, towed buoys, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy rides, Rosalie rental (small family pedal carts).
The villa will be completely privatized for you and consists of two large apartments over 3 levels.
On the first floor is the first ground-floor apartment for 5 people:

The second floor leads to the second apartment on two levels for 6 people:

Composed on the first level of :

- 1 Living room with large corner sofa, dining table, TV, fireplace opening onto the first-floor terrace.
- 1 Shower room
On the second level you'll find :

- 1 bedroom with double bed and television
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
The terrace, which completes the upper part of the villa, has garden furniture, a large dining table, a gas barbecue, a summer kitchen and a solar shower.
You'll also have access to the beautifully landscaped garden on the same level as the lower villa, with everything you need for a superb holiday:
A terrace with gas barbecue, a large heated swimming pool, private and secure with shutters and colored lighting, a pool house for outdoor siestas, a solar shower, deckchairs, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table.
THE POOL WILL BE ACCESSIBLE FROM APRIL 1 TO SEPTEMBER 15, but can be prepared out of season on request, at extra cost.

Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be required for tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
