Magnificent villa for 5 people in Mandelieu-La-Napoule, featuring a large terrace, gas barbecues, solar shower, heated pool and poolhouse.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
5 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Cannes and 25 minutes from Nice airport.
The Dolce apartment will offer you a sublime and calm setting as close to the seaside as to the town center, you'll be less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches, restaurants, bars, pubs, casino, supermarket, 10 minutes from Cannes and about 25 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally located between land and sea, there are plenty of activities for all ages, including :
Scuba diving, golf, mountain bike rental, hiking, buggy rides, visits to neighboring villages, visits to the Mandelieu-La-Napoule castle, etc.
For the little pleasures, you'll find bars, seaside restaurants, the Pullman casino, pubs... etc.
The lower part of the villa consists of :
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room.
- 1 Living room with sofa, dining table and TV opening onto the terrace facing the pool.
- 2 Bedrooms: 2 double beds
- 1 Extra bedroom with single bed.
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub.
The terrace features garden furniture, a large dining table and a gas barbecue.
You'll also have access to the landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool with magnificent night lighting.

Secure on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the apartment only, the exterior may be shared with owners living a few months in the upper apartment.
Travelers will be greeted in person upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be required for tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
