A 4-room, single-storey villa, suitable for children of all ages, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms: two double beds and two single beds.
There's 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room and a separate WC.
A bright 45m2 living room overlooking the terrace and swimming pool features a dining area, a sitting area with TV sofa and wifi, and a small relaxation area with armchairs facing the fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, with access to the terrace and pool.
Ideally located, you'll be just 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes / Mandelieu-La-Napoule, 35 minutes from Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël and 50 minutes from Nice airport, which offers cabs / car rentals / public transport.
Nearby, you'll find a multitude of activities for all ages: for sport lovers, hiking trails are accessible in the heart of the Canton or at Les Adrets de l'Esterel, a 15-minute drive away, with breathtaking views; for history lovers, the 9 villages of the Canton de Fayence offer magnificent walks to feast your eyes and taste buds, with numerous restaurants serving Provencal cuisine. For moments of relaxation, you can take advantage of the Saint-Cassien lake just 10 minutes away, with its inflatable water games, paddle boats, pedalos, private beach, snack bars and bars.
