Take a seat on the terrace at the back of the house and have lunch in complete tranquillity! With 1300m² of fully enclosed garden, children will have a great time!This BEAUTIFUL and FRIENDLY INDIVIDUAL HOUSE of 116 m² entirely on one level consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, a large living room with a flat screen TV, a semi-open plan kitchen equipped with 3 induction hobs, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer section, as well as a cellar with a sink + a washing machine, a dishwasher and a second fridge with a freezer part.
Its night part includes two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed + an extra 90cm bed, one of which opens onto the terrace, a bathroom equipped with a double washbasin and a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Little tip: don't look for the hoover, it's a central hoover!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
