In a quiet area, 500m from Nauzan Beach and 900m from the centre of Saint Palais sur Mer!This RUSTIC HOUSE of 70m² on one level is composed of an entrance at the back, an independent kitchen equipped with a 4 burner gas cooker, an oven, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer part, a living room with a flat screen TV opening onto a covered terrace.
Its night part offers a bedroom with 2 beds in 90cm and a cupboard, a bedroom with 1 bed in 140cm and a cupboard, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine as well as an independent toilet.
The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the garden. Possibility to park on the grounds.
Children can play in the garden, 1200m² is available for them!

* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
