Rosemary Villa, located in the traditional settlement of Roussospiti, providing privacy combined with all contemporary amenities! Rosemary Villa is three-level building of 245 sq. m., offers luxurious accommodation for up to 9 guests in its four bedrooms and four bathrooms, Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you may need for a self-catered summer holiday!
Rosemary Villa features a private swimming pool of 45 sq. m. , 10 sun beds and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Also, BBQ facilities are available in the pool terrace along with a shaded pergola and ane outdoor dining area.
One the ground Floor of Rosemary Villa guests may find one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, offering direct access to the pool terrace from the rear side of the house! A few stairs lead you to the living room and kitchen area.
The main entrance of the Villa, opens up to the spacious open-plan area boasting a comfortable living room with a traditional open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all in-house electronics are available, including a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, kettle, toaster, french coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, hair dryer, electric stove, microwave, cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and iron board and a sitting area. There is also a WC situated on the ground floor by the living area. Double doors from living area take you to the large veranda, where you can find an elegant dining area, enjoying views of the Cretan sea. Stairs from the veranda lead to the pool terrace while stairs from the kitchen offer easy access to the BBQ area!
On the second Floor is located the master bedroom featuring a double bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as access to a balcony with patio furniture and views of the surrounding area. Additionally, two twin bedrooms and a second family bathroom with a large shower cabin can also be found on this level.
All rooms are air conditioned and have quality mattresses and linens!
