We offer you a pleasant 75m² detached house with garden and reversible air conditioning in Biscarrosse Bourg. Ideally located, you're just 1.4km from the town center, and 3.3km from Lac de Latécoère. You can cycle to the lake, perfect for boating or paddle-boarding with family or friends, and discover our lovely Landes cycle paths. You're also 10km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house comprises an entrance hall leading to the main room: a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, TV with WIFI, several board games, and a dining area with a large table. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped (oven, kettle, extractor fan, coffee maker, dishwasher...). Three bedrooms, each with a 140 cm-wide bed, storage space and fan-assisted light fittings. A shower room and separate toilet for added comfort. A storeroom/laundry room with washing machine. A range of baby equipment is available (cot, bathtub, high chair). You'll also enjoy a pretty terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a landscaped garden. Parking is available on the property. You can park when you arrive and, if you wish, set off by bike to do the market, drink a coffee on the terrace, or for the more sporty, pedal to the ocean to enjoy the sunset and eat in our restaurants with their feet in the sand. A sunny vacation awaits you!
