Independent, single-storey gîte (access by outside staircase), close to the owners' house, with panoramic views over the Basque hills. Private above-ground pool (7m x 3.6m). Gîte 5/6 pers. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), large living room, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm bunk beds), bathroom (washing machine), WC. Reversible heating and air conditioning included. Sheets provided/bed linen made up on arrival, possibility of renting towels. Baby equipment available. WIFI Internet connection.
Garage shared with owner (real bar table soccer). Large private garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. On-site leisure activities available: small pelota court, playground below the gîte with swing, large petanque court.
