Le Capulet gîte is a detached house near the owners' home, set in 5000 m2 of parkland with views of the Pyrenees.
Unheated swimming pool for the exclusive use of the gîte's occupants, treated with salt and secured by a curtain. Dimensions 5 m x 10 m Depth from 1 m to 2.20 m.
Vegetable garden. Fitness room (body-building equipment). 1-car garage. Secure parking with remote-control gate.
Very quiet area, 1.5 km from the village. Arzacq all amenities 6 km. Hagetmau 15 km.
First floor (unheated): summer kitchen to enjoy outdoor meals on the terrace, plancha, table soccer + extra WC. Interior staircase leads to your accommodation, which occupies the entire first floor.
Large air-conditioned living room with high, panelled ceilings and bay window: dining area and sitting area (connected TV). Equipped kitchenette (glass hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher).
