Comfortable seafront apartment, ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe, air conditioning (parking included every year, July and August, space not allocated), fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with single bedroom and sofa Access to the terrace with views of the beach, garden and swimming pool.
Restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more can be found in the surrounding area.
The building has an elevator, swimming pool, garden and direct access to the beach.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern urban seaside resort on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

Without doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular with family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, a particularly beautiful complex located just a few meters from the seafront, with several swimming pools to try out, an extensive gastronomic offer, and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offerings, among many other great activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st place. We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. 4 €/person towel supplement.
3rd. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests may not leave any garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9º Wi-Fi connection is included free of charge.
