We welcome you to Herm, a small Landes village between forest and ocean, for a comfortable stay with your tribe, family or friends. From here, the beaches are only 30 minutes away, Dax 15 minutes, and the Basque country and Spain are also within easy reach. La Petite Villa Paul is a beautiful half-timbered house with a typical architecture and a history of almost 200 years, a private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, alarmed, open from June to September), a covered terrace extending the interior living space, spaciousness and a high level of comfort. The 650m² enclosed private garden ensures peace and security for all. This air-conditioned detached house comprises: on the first floor, a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a shower room, 2 separate WCs. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 beds 140x190), including 2 with en-suite shower rooms. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating. Parking is available on the street or in the multi-purpose hall parking lot. This gîte is modular when renting the Petite Villa Paul, so you only have the rooms mentioned above (some rooms are locked).
This gîte is available for rentals of 7 to 12 people maximum under reference 20998, from July 1 to September 1.
