Many activities nearby: 20 min from the Source floral park and the Loiret mill walk, 15 min from La Loire, 10 min from the monuments of Cléry-Saint-André, as well as the Roquelin gardens and the Ilex Arboretum garden....
This comfortable, spacious gîte, suitable for people with reduced mobility, offers absolute peace and quiet in the middle of the woods. Ideal for a few days' getaway or a week's telecommuting in the countryside. A new tennis facility is available next to the house. The house, bathed in light, is entirely oriented towards nature, offering long walks in the woods. A billiard table is available for evenings by the fire. Fully renovated one-storey gîte with PMR access, featuring a large, attractive living room (fireplace and pool table), dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), a shower room and separate toilet.
