Situated in a hamlet, this fully renovated family accommodation is ideal for a stay in the countryside, ensuring peace and quiet in our beautiful Berry region. Perfect for getting together with family or friends in a fully-equipped accommodation to spend unforgettable moments.
On the edge of the Touraine region, close to the Châteaux de la Loire, Beauval Zoo (45 minutes), Parc de la Haute-Touche (10 minutes) and Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne (15 minutes). Ground floor: a huge living room heated by a fireplace and wood-burning stove, with kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry room, a bedroom with en-suite shower room and a lounge leading to bedroom 4.
Steps lead from the dining room to the living room, from the living room to bedroom 1, and from the kitchen to the lounge.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with an office area, sofas and an extra bed, leading to a three-person bedroom (with one step) (one 140 x 190 cm double bed and one 90 x 190 cm single bed) with en-suite shower room, a three-person bedroom (with four steps) (one 140 x 190 cm double bed and one 90 x 190 cm single bed) with en-suite shower room.
Outside, there's a private courtyard with parking for several vehicles at the front and a terrace protected by a pergola at the rear, as well as a large private garden with vegetable patch and orchard.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding washing-up and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 kWh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
