Renovated farmhouse in the hills above La-Bastide-Clairence, one of France's most beautiful villages.

Living room with TV, wood-burning stove, internet box. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180 and 1 bed 160). Shower room, wc, laundry room (washing machine).
Floor: 2 bedrooms (3 beds 90). Shower room/wc.
The main living room is heated by a wood-burning stove (heat recovery system), while the other rooms are equipped with electric convector heaters.
Bed linen provided/ready for your arrival, possibility of renting towels. Electricity and heating are extra (meter reading required), and wood is provided for the 1st fire (70 euros per stere).
A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is payable to the owner on arrival at the gîte, if not subscribed to at the time of booking.
