Charming two-bedroom apartment located in a quiet urbanization in Puerto Alto, near the port of Estepona. This property is the ideal place to enjoy the coastal life of southern Spain, whether on vacation with friends or family, combining beach and relaxing moments.

The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
