This exceptional apartment is located in an emblematic Pontaillac residence dating from 1856, known for having been one of the first residences built by Jean Lacaze, the famous promoter of the Roaring Twenties, proclaiming at the time that "Pontaillac is an independent seaside resort". It was also occupied by the Germans in 1945, and in the 1930s became a large pre-war luxury hotel before becoming the superb residence you are about to discover:
This luxury apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped, semi-open kitchen with a pass-through dish that doubles as a breakfast bar, a bright main room with a dining area and a sleeping area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and Internet access. Separate WC, shower room with washbasin, washing machine, shower and towel dryer, separate bedroom with 160 cm bed and plenty of storage space.
