Vacation rental in Sète : 2-room apartment of 31 m2+ glazed loggia of 12 m2. It is located on the 1st floor and has a beautiful view of the canal. Beaches are 200 m away and shops 100 m.
The living room comprises a kitchenette (with 2 induction hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave) and a sitting area with a double sofa bed (160cm), table, chairs and cable TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, a bathroom with washing machine, separate WC. Hotspot wifi/internet access. The 12 m2 loggia is glazed and equipped with garden furniture. Parking space n°140. Pets accepted : 30€. Late check-in possible: €50 (details on request).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini box wifi (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
