Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, located in a private residence with swimming pool, sleeps 4. Its ideal location means you can enjoy a fantastic vacation with family or friends. The apartment is just 200m from the beach, close to Barcelona Street where you'll find the main shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the train station.
From the bus stops near the apartment, you can reach various places of tourist interest such as Port-Aventura, Aquopolis, Barcelona, Tarragona, etc.

2º The apartment is rented with linen (towels optional at €4 per person).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00)
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving that day, otherwise they can check in from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4º On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th: It is necessary to present documents confirming the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th: Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
On the 8th floor, it's a 4th floor with an elevator.
