On the first floor, you'll have access to the living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner vitroceramic hob, combi-freezer, oven... ), a separate TV lounge and a ground-level bedroom with 1 x 180x200 bed, and an open-plan bathroom with shower and WC.
The staircase leads to a shower room with separate WC and 4 bedrooms with 180x200 beds. One of these has a shower room with WC. One of the bedrooms has a second 160x200 double bed in an adjoining room.
You'll appreciate the magnificent outdoor space on the banks of the river La Loue, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The unenclosed grounds reserved for the gîte cover an area of around 3000 m2.

No parties allowed! This large country house is located in Périgord Vert in the commune of Saint Médard Excideuil, halfway between Périgueux, a city of art and history, and St Yrieix la Perche. It's close to Hautefort (Château, gardens and Museum of Medicine) and the Tourtoirac caves. Other attractions include the Hélys-oeuvre garden and the Essendiéras golf course in St Médard d'Excideuil.
Don't miss the traditional weekly market, as Périgord is also famous for its gastronomy and delicacies. Numerous outdoor activities: hiking on the Causses de L'Isle, cycling, rock-climbing at Les Roches enchantées, vélorail at Corgnac-sur-l'Isle, accrobranche, canoeing, fishing, Rouffiac leisure park (fishing, hiking, picnics, children's play areas, orienteering/health trail, beach-volleyball court, tennis court, accrobranche park, open and supervised swimming in summer, on-site catering available).
