Rental house in Pals, with a private garden and community pool to enjoy a unique holiday on the Costa Brava. In a quiet area, with an incredible outdoor space, a very well-kept community and just 15 minutes walk from Pals Beach.
The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen which is independent and fully equipped. The living-dining room is very bright and has direct access to the terrace and private garden. The exterior has a barbecue, garden furniture and has direct access to the community area and pool. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is also double equipped with a double bed and wardrobes. The last bedroom has bunk beds, which the little ones in the family love. On this floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has all the amenities to make your vacation perfect: wifi, swimming pool, washing machine, television...and a private parking space!
