This large single-storey villa is located in a picturesque village in the Périgord Noir region. The region is ideal for discovering unspoilt nature and an exceptional cultural heritage. Trémolat is famous for its "cingle", a loop in the Dordogne river that creates a remarkable landscape. Many footpaths allow you to discover it. The Dordogne is the département of 1001 châteaux, a testimony to our Cro Magnon ancestors that is not limited to the exceptional Lascaux cave, with many other sites and caves revealing the distant history of human beings. And finally, of course, Périgord is one of France's most famous regions for its gastronomy.
Trémolat is also a village with 6 restaurants in season, from pizzerias to Michelin-starred restaurants, a small market on Tuesday mornings and a nautical base.
