Charming house in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district in Sarzeau for up to 6 people. First floor: 36 m² living room with lounge, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. The first floor comprises a bedroom with two double beds (140*190), a second bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, enjoy the terrace and garden.
End-of-stay cleaning included (kitchen area excluded).
Pets not accepted.
Tourist tax: 5% of the nightly rate per adult occupant, up to a maximum of €4.30 per person per night.

The Saint-Jacques district is a very lively area in summer. There's a weekly market on Mondays, and shops include bars, restaurants, brasseries, an ice-cream parlour and a small supermarket...
The Sarzeau nautical center offers a wide range of activities: kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing lessons... and, of course, the Saint-Jacques and Kerfontaine beaches are nearby.
The Presqu'île de Rhuys, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, offers a wide range of activities. You can enjoy the scenery on foot along its many coastal paths, by bike via a well-developed network of cycle paths, or by sailing to the islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic.

Stop off for a treatment at the thalassotherapy center in Arzon, or discover the cultural heritage of the Presqu'île de Rhuys! Between woods and marshes, visit the medieval château de Suscinio in Sarzeau or stop off in the shade of the cloister walls at Saint Gildas de Rhuys abbey, just 200 m from the sea.
