Located in Montauroux, our family villa offers privacy, a private pool and nestles in the hills overlooking Lake Saint-Cassien. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while remaining close to the cities: 35 min from Cannes and 40 min from Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. For an additional charge, we can arrange the rental of an SUV, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and discovering the region.

For a peaceful vacation, we offer you a magnificent family villa with Provencal charm, nestled on the heights of Montauroux in a quiet wooded estate with a view over Lake Saint-Cassien, offering you a peaceful vacation in complete privacy, yet close to the major towns.
This villa of over 200 square meters comprises a large 80-meter living/dining room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with several areas, a spacious television area, a relaxation area overlooking the lake, and a dining area. Lots of natural light floods into this living room thanks to the many bay windows that line the room.
In the night area, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and high-quality bedding.

Bedroom 3: This large 30-square-meter room features a 140x190 bed on the first floor, as well as an adjoining shower room with toilet. You'll also enjoy a unique mezzanine area with two 140x190 beds, ideal for children, quiet times or reading sessions.
A large independent bathroom with corner bath completes the sleeping area.
The little extras include a large dressing room and laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Garden side:
You'll enjoy a 3800 m2 exterior worthy of the South of France, planted with trees and flowers and fully equipped for spending all your days outdoors.

The villa is located in Montauroux, 10 minutes from Lac de Saint-Cassien, 20 minutes from the freeway, 35 minutes from Mandelieu-La-Napoule and Cannes and 40 minutes from Fréjus.
The Canton de Fayence is made up of 9 historic villages and numerous restaurants renowned for their high-quality local cuisine.
TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, you will be able to check in online via a link we will send you once your reservation has been confirmed.
