Elegant, central 5-person apartment completely renovated in July 2023. The accommodation is located in a typical half-timbered building in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines in the Val d'Argent. Ideally situated between the Vosges mountains and the Alsatian vineyards. Close to hiking trails and the wine route. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Sheets and towels not included. Possibility of rental (sheets 10€, towels 5€).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A kitchen opening onto a dining room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, raclette machine, ceramic hob...
- A living room with a large sofa, television, DVD player and wifi internet access.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×200)
- A second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (sleeps 3)
- A bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine
Exterior:
- A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Sainte- Marie aux Mines, where you'll find bakeries and patisseries (Baradel, Au petit Fournil) as well as supermarkets (Super U - 300 meters) and Intermarché (1 kilometer).
Activities :
- Hiking, visit to the old silver mines, Argasol organic soap factory, Lac Blanc resort( 25 minutes)
-Visit the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, Monkey Mountain, Eagles' Aviary( less than 30 minutes from the gite)

Parking:
You can park your vehicle at the foot of the building. ( Rue des Sapeurs-Pompiers or Rue Wilson). A small parking lot with about ten spaces is located 50 meters from the apartment ( Rue Goutte aux pommes).

- A dozen steps are required to enter the apartment.
