Our 21 m2 studio is located on Rue Beauregard, in the heart of the famous Panier district, on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old building. Marseille's Old Port is less than a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment features a bright living room and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises a double bed for 2 people.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit with mirror and toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, in the heart of the Panier district, close to transport links (metro 5 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port (3 min. walk). The Mucem is 10 minutes away. La Major Cathedral is also a 10-minute walk away.
You'll have all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants (Vieux-Port or Panier) and shops (bakery, wine shop and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide all linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Near our accommodation in Les Réformés, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
