Villa Casa Stifani?i is the ideal choice for a vacation with family or friends in beautiful Istria. The villa is located in central Istria, which guarantees peace and relaxation, yet is close to the coast and popular tourist spots. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
The villa itself is decorated in traditional Istrian style and wooden details in combination with light tones create a feeling of home.
On the first floor of the villa are the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor.
There are double and single rooms.
The villa has a private pool where you can swim on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers around the pool. If you want to read a book or have a cool drink, you will find a pleasant spot on the garden furniture.

Central Istria is known for its excellent gastronomic offer, so be sure to visit the town of Tinjan, also known as the town of prosciutto, and try this delicious delicacy. Not far from the villa is the small town of Motovun, located on a hill from where you have a magnificent view of the river Mirna and the forest that adorns the area. There are many truffles in the woods around Motovun, so set off in search of this delicacy, accompanied by professional foragers and their dogs. A fun experience that becomes perfect when the search is successful!
The drive to the coast is quick and easy, so you can visit beautiful Porec, where the Euphrasian Basilica is located, and get to know the beauty of this town. The town is also a great choice if you want to spend the whole day swimming and enjoying the beach.
