This villa is located in the peaceful countryside of central Istria and offers everything you need for a dream vacation surrounded by nature. Villa Gardenia has a large garden with a private pool and various amenities for children, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the first floor of the villa is the open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and direct access to the garden with pool. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV and access to the garden. There is also a separate WC on the first floor.
On the second floor of the villa are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and television for total comfort.
In the garden of the villa is a covered terrace with seating area and barbecue, and also a private pool with sun loungers. The pool is surrounded by a large lawn with many amenities such as soccer goals, a volleyball net, a trampoline and swings for children.

Villa Gardenia is located in a small village Srbinjak, 4 km away from Tinjan. The municipality of Tinjan is becoming an increasingly popular tourist destination in Istria. Tinjan is a place where you can fully experience Istria through viewpoints, cycling and hiking trails, dry stone walls and the old houses - Kazuni. Whether you want to walk along the 4 km long 'dry stone wall trail' and explore the untouched nature, cycle along the 35 km long 'puddle to puddle' trail, or visit the House of Istrian Ham, Tinjan has it all. During the summer, numerous cultural and entertainment events are organized in the municipality of Tinjan, which are well worth a visit. It gives you the opportunity to get closer to the local culture and explore everything it has to offer.
