It is located in a quiet area in central Istria surrounded by picturesque countryside. The large property, which has a bocce court and a children's playground, is shared with the neighboring houses. The charming Istrian stone house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. An outdoor pool is available for private use so that you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. On the first floor is the cooking and dining area as well as a separate WC. On the first floor is the living room and a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa Julijud is an ideal place to escape your everyday life and spend an unforgettable vacation. A professional charging station for electric vehicles with a maximum output of 22 kWh has been installed.
Villa Julijud is located in central Istria surrounded by picturesque hilly landscape. The beautiful location offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit their restaurants with famous Istrian specialties. The medieval town of Pazin is only a short drive away from the villa. Towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are worth a visit. Nature lovers will surely appreciate the surrounding nature, where they will find many cycling routes, hiking trails and trekking routes. If you want to visit the beaches, you can easily reach the west coast of Istria, for example in the area of the historic town of Porec. A day trip to the Brijuni National Park, a visit to Lim Bay or the town of Porec is always a good idea.
