The stunningly beautiful Villa Maccaroni with private pool is located in central Istria and can accommodate up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms. This 20,000 m2 property consists of two houses that are over 150 years old and have been completely renovated. Experience the Istrian countryside in the best possible way and spend an unforgettable vacation in this unique villa.
The entire complex consists of a large country house, another smaller country house, a large separate covered terrace, a pool and the surrounding olive groves, meadows and small forests. This enchanting property is very secluded and yet easy to reach. The last 2 km leading to the villa is a gravel road that takes you away from your everyday life into the wonderful and relaxing world of Villa Maccaroni.
The living room in the larger house is located on the first floor and is characterized by an open fireplace and rustic furniture in combination with the stone walls, which gives the house a special atmosphere. In the room next door you can play a game of pool and have fun with your loved ones. There is also a wonderful dining area on this floor, which is connected to a kitchen where you can surprise your loved ones and show off your cooking skills. As you climb the stairs, you can make yourself comfortable in one of the 3 bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms on this floor also has an additional single bed and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor of the house.
The second house offers accommodation in 3 double bedrooms, one on the second floor and the other two on the second, and has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the first floor of the house you will find another living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, making this house perfect for groups of two families.
Let go of all your senses and take a stroll through the villa's fantastic outdoor area. Enjoy the lush greenery and breathtaking views of the impressive Mount Ucka. In the garden there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue and table for 14 people, perfect for lovely summer dinners outdoors. For all sports fans there are 2 soccer goals, table tennis, table soccer and a volleyball net. Just because you're on vacation doesn't mean you have to give up your fitness completely. There is a wonderful private swimming pool on the property, just for your enjoyment. Swim a lap in the pool and then get a tan on one of the sun loungersThis vacation home is perfectly situated on 20,000 m2 of private grounds, with the nearest neighbor 2 km away. The house is situated on a hill and offers a fantastic view over the surrounding hills and valleys. Ideal for people looking for complete privacy and tranquillity, as the only noise that disturbs the birdsong comes from a river that flows close to the house.
