It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with direct access to the porch and to the garden, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (ground floor), 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a second small bedroom with 2 single beds (2nd floor), which can be joined together. All 2nd floor rooms have mosquito nets.

The Villetta on the ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen with direct access to the rear parterre, a bright living room with direct access to the porch and to the garden, and a bedroom with two single beds. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a second small bedroom with two single beds, but which can be easily joined together. All windows on the second floor have mosquito nets.
