ROSE Vacances offers you this beautiful family home with a holiday spirit, ideally located in the La Pironnière district, 6 minutes by bike from Tanchet beach.
Two-story house that can accommodate up to 9 people, with an enclosed and landscaped terrace.
On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living room equipped with a table and chairs, a large sofa with TV and a stove for cooler evenings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas stove, toaster, filter coffee maker and kettle. On the right, a first double bedroom with 140 cm bed and wardrobe opening onto the terrace.
The corridor leads to a second double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a wardrobe and a travel cot. You will also find a bathroom with washing machine, sink and storage.
Independent WC.
Upstairs, the children's corner! a bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds. A second bedroom with a single bed and a well-stocked play area in the middle!
Outside, a beautiful landscaped and enclosed terrace awaits you. It is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas plancha, ideal for grilling evenings!
You also have access to the garage to store your bikes or surfboard.
