Located in the heart of the lively Arago district famous for its market and close to the large Sables d'Olonne beach, this house is ideally located. Everything will be accessible to you on foot; city center, market, local shops and beach.

You can enjoy a beautiful kitchen-living room-living room space opening onto the exterior courtyard.
