ROSE Vacances offers you this completely renovated house located in the quiet area of Beauséjour in Les Sables d’Olonne.

Located in a quiet area close to all amenities (shops, bakery, restaurant), this bright and tastefully decorated house offers a living room opening onto an enclosed terrace. This room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and wifi, a table and 6 chairs.
Adjoining and functional fully equipped kitchen, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, also opening onto the terrace. A separate toilet.
Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a dressing room, ideal for children!
Everything is completed by a completely renovated bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit with storage and WC.
The terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, is completely enclosed. Ideal for beautiful, quiet summer evenings!
