Ideally located between Calvi and Ile Rousse, nestled in the Sant Ambroggio Marina, 50 m from a natural cove, Villa des Etoiles is a 100m² air-conditioned single-storey house surrounded by a 300m² enclosed garden in a quiet neighborhood.
Outside:
You can enjoy a private, heated 4 x 8m swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, and relax on the sun loungers and parasols.
A private pétanque court is available for lively games.
At the outdoor bar, in addition to beverages, you can enjoy grilling parties on the barbecue or a la plancha, as you prefer. You can then enjoy your meal under the outdoor arbour with its large wrought-iron table and chairs.
Finally, 2 garden lounges can welcome you to enjoy all those convivial vacation moments.

Surroundings:
The house is located very close to the port of Sant Ambroggio, less than 400m away. Here you'll find shops, newsagents and tobacconists, bars and restaurants, as well as a magnificent sandy beach. You'll be delighted by the walks to either Algajola or Pointe de Spano. The harbor's boat rental store will enable you to escape either to port towards Calvi, the sublime Scandola reserve, Girolata and the Gulf of Porto, or to starboard, towards Ile Rousse and St Florent and the coast's magnificent sandy beaches. And don't forget to explore the many typical mountain villages, such as San Antoniniu, by car, motorcycle or quad bike.
