Stay 200 meters from the beaches in this apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 1st floor of a typical Marseille townhouse in the Montredon and Pointe Rouge neighborhoods. The calanques park is nearby.

Space
Our 65 m2 apartment on Boulevard Guérin in the Montredon and Pointe Rouge district, 200 meters from the beaches and at the gateway to the Calanques National Park! Situated in a cul-de-sac, the apartment offers absolute peace and quiet in both summer and winter. Free street parking available.

The carefully renovated apartment features a fully equipped living area, opening onto a new, fully-equipped kitchen and a large wooden dining table. A sitting area with sofa and coffee table is available for reading.

The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a Queen-size bed, storage space and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
- a second bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit.

The bedrooms are equipped with fans to keep you cool. No air-conditioning. No television.

You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, shops (pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets) and cafés are close to the apartment in the Pointe Rouge village and on the seafront. Don't hesitate to ask us for our best addresses!

To make sure you receive the best possible welcome, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

The owner of the apartment keeps some personal belongings in cupboards in his apartment. Please do not touch them.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 150

Neighborhood
Authentic and charming, the Montredon neighborhood nestles at the southern end of the Cité Phocéenne, between the Pointe Rouge and the calanques. Crossed by the Avenue de la Madrague de Montredon and its local shops, this residential area bordered by beaches and creeks has retained its character of an old fishing village.

Parc Pastré, at the foot of the Parc National des Calanques, is a popular green space for Marseillais, with its vast lawns, horse-riding center and double panorama of sea and hills. Strollers can admire the Château Pastré, an architectural beauty completed in 1862 to plans by architect Jean-Charles Danjoy. This Provençal bastide of stone and pink brick with rounded facades, once owned by a family of Marseilles notables, is a cornerstone of the local heritage.

Away from the town center, the Montredon district was also a major industrial hub in the 19th century. Today, its former glassworks, marble works and other factories are gradually being rehabilitated. The Friche de l'Escalette, a figurehead of Marseille's cultural revival, has for some years been home to an art center, including a sculpture and architecture park, and offers regular exhibitions and tours.
