Enjoying an exceptional location in the heart of the luxurious Californie district, overlooking the Bay of Cannes and sunsets over the Estérel mountains.
The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment comprises a large living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with storage space, a designer bathroom with a bathtub and a magnificent terrace overlooking the bay of Cannes, with no overlooked areas.

1 - The location is simply ideal. The apartment is located on California's prestigious hillside.
It's easy to get to via the freeway, and about 30 minutes from Nice airport or 10 minutes from Cannes train station.
For vacations, you're just a 10-minute drive from the beaches and downtown Cannes.

Ideally located for conventions: MIPIM, MIPTV, LE FESTIVAL DU FILM, LIONS, LES CANNES SERIES, YACHTING FESTIVAL, TAX FREE, MAPIC, MIPCOM
Just 10 minutes by car or cab from the Palais des Festivals for the mipim and miptv conventions.

A bus will take you to the city center and to the Palais des Festivals just opposite the residence.

2 - Its surroundings : The Californie district is Cannes' most upscale neighborhood, offering a unique panoramic view of the Bay.


3 - Its style: Carefully chosen decoration by the owners to create a "home from home" effect.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction

I live in Cannes, 30 minutes from this apartment.
. Arrival must be arranged by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you arrival instructions. Please make sure we can reach you on this number.
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and by message on the platform until 9:00 pm.

The keys will be handed over personally during the agency's opening hours from 9:00 to 20:00; a presentation of the apartment will be given on site to help you settle in as smoothly as possible, and I'll even be able to give you addresses and current tips!
Outside agency opening hours, please contact us to follow our instructions. Late arrivals will be billed.

I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttle, cleaning services, luggage storage, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.


Neighborhood

The Californie neighborhood is less than 15 minutes by car from :

- Rue d'Antibes, famous for its many boutiques
- Rue Hoche for its cafés and restaurants
- the Carré d'Or district, famous for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants and artisanal Italian ice-cream parlors, and to walk the "Tapis Rouge" of the Palais des Festivals.
- The old port, with its restaurants and boat departures for the islands and golf course of St Tropez.
- You can even go downstairs in flip-flops to pick up your baguette and croissants at the bakery just 3 minutes away!

Notes

Other notes
All arrivals between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm will be subject to an additional fee of 50€ (please note that we do not issue keys after 11:00 pm).
Departures are at 10.00 am. However, we can arrange a departure between 9:30 and 11:00, depending on availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 09:30).
Late departures between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged €20.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: 4€ per person per day)
A deposit of 800€ will be required for all reservations made via the Swikly application.
It is your responsibility to take out holiday liability insurance to cover your stay. Failure to do so will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim, and cannot be blamed on the property manager under any circumstances.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure. If this is not the case, you accept that a supplement of 30€ will be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
. Please take down your garbage cans before you leave the property. If you do not do this, you will accept that a supplement of 30€ will be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 200€ to cover cleaning and deodorization costs.
. A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed and per stay. If you would like an extra set or a renewal, please notify us 24 hours in advance. The extra set will be charged from 40€.
. Umbrella bed or high chair available on request at an additional charge of €25 per item per stay, payable on site (excluding bed linen).
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in all peace. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided.
. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge you for this extra service.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation form. Any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 100€ per additional traveler per day.
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighborhood.
