Come and spend your family vacations in this charming 40 m² T2 with a 15 m² terrace and garage. This property is located on the 1st floor with elevator in a secure luxury residence, surrounded by a large garden planted with trees where you'll find a secure communal swimming pool with 1 lifeguard, 2 pools (access with wristbands and vigik), a petanque court, a children's play area with table tennis, soccer pitch, tennis court...
This apartment comprises a bedroom opening onto the terrace with 2 90cm bunk beds + 1 90cm bed, a chest of drawers, a living room with a sofa bed, a small flat-screen TV, a large sliding cupboard (vacuum cleaner, fans, small pieces of furniture also for storage) set back from the room, a newly-equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet....), a tastefully refurbished shower room (shower for 2), a washbasin with cupboard, a WC area.
A long, north-facing terrace with 2 awnings lets you enjoy meals outside. This terrace overlooks the garden.
Within the residence, you have access to a path leading to the sea and the Favière beach.
