Charming and beautifully appointed, this superb 5-room CHALET offers 136 m² of living space in the Fougères sector, facing the Sancy massif, 2 km from the center of Mont-dore and all its amenities.
On the 1st floor, the chalet comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a vast living room combining living room, dining room and fitted kitchen/dining room, all benefiting from double exposure to the SOUTH and EAST and opening onto a magnificent 30 m² terrace offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the local mountains.
Still on the same level, the chalet has a first bedroom, a master suite with double bed (140X200), private shower room and dressing room.
The second floor also houses a separate toilet and a storeroom behind the kitchen.
The second floor opens onto a vast landing, from which you can lounge on a catamaran net mezzanine while admiring the view.
This second floor also houses three additional bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet.
The basement, semi-buried on the first floor, offers a large garage, providing easy parking for a car while retaining ample storage space (for bikes, sledges, skis, etc.). This garage also has a washing machine.
