Housing
Located on the 6ᵉ floor and top floor with elevator, the accommodation is quiet and is fully furnished and equipped. It comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen ;
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including an ironing board and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located in a quiet, residential street, just a two-minute walk from the Saint-Mandé Tourelle metro station (line 1). It's also just two metro stations from Nation (RER A) or Vincennes (RER A), so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland Paris in just 45 minutes.
It's also located in a lively neighborhood, with many shops nearby, including a bakery, an Italian delicatessen, a Monoprix, boutiques, a cheese shop, a greengrocer, etc. The Avenue du Général de Gaulle and the Avenue de Paris, which are both very busy shopping areas, are also nearby. Here you'll find numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, etc.
For your everyday needs, there's the Monoprix Saint-Mandé supermarket just a 3-minute walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to :
- Visit Paris: the metro is just a two-minute walk away, giving you easy access to central Paris.
- Visit the main monuments, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, etc.

Location
Saint-Mandé, located south-east of Paris, is an attractive tourist destination. The town is nestled in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes, the largest wooded park in the Paris region. Its coat of arms, depicting a squirrel, Fouquet's coat of arms, streams and a lake, reflects its close relationship with the surrounding countryside.
