You're sure to enjoy your stay in this brand-new, functional and practical T2, located halfway between the Grand Port du Lac du Bourget (& Plage de Mémard) and downtown Aix-Les-Bains.
With a balcony/terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking Mont Revard and a lock-up garage, you couldn't be happier for a vacation for 2!
Space
In terms of layout, you'll enter directly into the main room:
- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and pots and pans...) with table and chairs.
- a lounge area with sofa, armchair, coffee tables and TV screen.
From here, you have access to the east-facing balcony/terrace, with its table and two chairs, and beautiful mountain views (including Mont Revard in winter).
From the main room, you have access to :
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a closet.
- a pretty bathroom with shower, vanity unit and washing machine. You'll also have access to a separate toilet.
Please note:
- You'll find a private garage space in the building where you can park your bikes or car*. The building also has a bicycle room.
* Medium-sized vehicles only
- Street parking is also available free of charge.
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in the case of crossed arrivals and departures.
- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
- As the keys are not handed over independently, we ask for a supplement of €15 for arrivals between 8pm and 9:30pm, €30 from 9:30pm and €50 after midnight.
Important note:
The apartment is located on the Avenue du Grand-Port side, which may cause noise pollution when the living room window is open.
The apartment is ideally located in Aix- Les-Bains:
-A few steps from all amenities: SPAR grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, takeaway pizzas, bus stop...
A 15-minute walk from the magnificent Lac du Bourget, so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, and home to a wide range of water sports (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...) - Less than 5 minutes by car.
-15/20 minute walk from downtown Aix les Bains, the Riviera des Alpes, a city dedicated to well-being and tourism, with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and 18-hole golf course (an hourly bus service runs to the city center).
- 25 minutes from Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoie, with its ducal past and extensive architectural heritage.
- 35 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps", with its charming old town and natural lake
- 40 minutes by car from the Parc naturel régional du massif des Bauges, where you can enjoy downhill, Nordic and skating skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking and paragliding at the Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Les Aillons-Margériaz resorts.

Aix-Les-Bains has excellent transport links:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble on the Alpine freeway network.
- its TGV station takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- A bus service will also take you into town or to the lake at different times of the day.
